PERSONAL TRAINING

Have you always promised yourself that one day you would set aside time to be a fitter, more energized you? Now is that time.

Personal training is all about helping you look, feel, and perform better than you ever thought possible. Our focus is to motivate, inspire and encourage you along the way, reach and even surpass your goals.

Whatever your fitness objectives, be it to lose weight, run 10k’s to marathons, gain lean muscle, increase stamina or to increase your performance in your chosen sport we will create an individual training and nutrition programme to get you there. Our aim is to help you renew a sense of wellbeing that will positively transform your life.

Getting Started - first of all we would meet for an initial consultation, which gives us the chance to;

     - Get to know each other
     - Look at your past and current sport and fitness interests and experiences
     - Discuss your lifestyle and nutritional behaviours
     - Find out your health and fitness goals (Be it drop a dress size, run a 10k, pack on lean muscle or simply have more energy to
       play  football with your kids).
    -  Talk about how personal training can help you achieve your goals
     - Fill in a fitness Par-Q and discuss your fitness assessment

The Next Step

Now that we have a clearly defined goal we can break this down into long, medium and short term goals, while agreeing a realistic timescale for each, taking into account your lifestyle and current commitments. As professional certified trainers, we take all the guess work out of developing and maintaining the right fitness regime for you. Our focus is to inspire, motivate and regularly update and modify your training plan not only for variety, but to allow for continued progression. By the end of every session our aim is to get you feeling energised and inspired to get you in a totally positive frame of mind to face the challenges of the rest of the day. On top of your personal training sessions, you will receive your training plan, a food diary, plus on-going support and advice by phone, text and email.
