Free Induction
We don’t believe in charging our members induction fees. If we are lucky
enough to have you as a member we are pleased to offer you a full
induction which will give you the confidence and knowledge to use our
facilities safely and effectively.
Free Training Programmes
There is nothing worse than walking into a gym feeling uncomfortable and
not knowing what to do in your session ahead. Let our fully qualified
instructors guide you in the right way by issuing you a custom made
training programme to match your goals. We don’t just leave you there -
every 8 weeks you will have the opportunity to meet with your instructor
again to review your programme and make any changes required.
Discounts
All members receive up to 20% off our extremely popular Fitness Classes.
Classes include the ever popular Spinning, Holistic classes such as Yoga
and Pilates, Resistance training classes including Pump and Kettlercise,
Circuits indoors and outside, stress beaters such as Boxercise and dance
classes such as Zumba and Aerobics.
Members will also receive 20% off Personal training and various discounts
on fitness clothing with Morrison Sports Ltd.
Special Offers
All of our members will also be the first to know of any promotions that
we are running such as Personal Training and sports massage offers, free
classes and offers on our range of fitness clothing and nutritional
products.
Group Training Sessions
Get free access to our group training sessions such as our Running Club,
Group outdoor cycles and gym based activities such as Demos and training
sessions on specific equipment found within the facility.
Nutritional Advice
We are pleased to be of assistance with any nutritional advice you
require. Whether it be to lose weight, gain lean muscle or prepare for a
big race, let us pass on our knowledge to you.
