THUMP BOXERCISE

Thump not only provides a great fitness routine for the participants but also offers them a controlled and safe environment to learn the basics of boxing regardless of their gender or boxing ability. The two hardest things to overcome when beginning a fitness regime are boredom and lack of motivation. Imagine if we could get rid of one and increase the other?

The best thing about a THUMP class is that there are no fancy dance steps, no boring treadmills, and no slow exercise bikes so that means no reason to get bored. Motivation is provided by our experienced and qualified THUMP Boxing instructors as well as the rest of your team mates. Countless studies have shown that Boxing For Fitness is a great way to assist people in many areas of health and fitness such as;

PUMP FX

Utilising barbells and weight plates, pump fx provides a progressive, complete-body workout to the latest and greatest in chart and club anthems.

Traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and rows take on another dimension through the use of functional, multi-plane movement. With an emphasis on intensity and technique, this interval-based workout targets individual muscle groups to improve body composition.
